职位描述：

一、要求：
1、三年以上模具设计工作经验
2、一年以上模具项目工作经验
3、熟悉模具加工工艺及流程，掌握项目管理基本知识
4、有英语能力者优先考虑
二、职责：
1、主导模具的项目开发管理工作，包括前期与客户沟通交流、识别客户要求并主导项目启动、技术评审、项目计划的制定，确保项目的进度、品质、成本的有效管控。
2、主导模具问题点的整改、对策及验证，负责模具的预验收和终验收。
