Job Purpose:
Responsible for designing and maintaining compensation and benefit program, implementing standardized performance management process, leveraging HRIS for monthly HR reporting, managing employee relationships and coordinating HR projects etc.

Key areas of accountability:
1. C&B Programs
? Responsible for reviewing and designing compensation programs and policies to ensure the competitive and equitable.
? Responsible for annual compensation benchmarking and review compensation system, involving in the practices of standardizing and updating.
? Conduct job review to each function regularly and maintain updated bending system, which is aligned with PSS global system.
? Responsible for annual bonus and merit review and follow up documentations.
? Facilitate HR annual budget of compensation and benefits.

2. Performance Management
? Responsible for reviewing performance management process and implementing standard process in China and regional if applicable. Provide relevant trainings to general employees.
? Responsible for working with global team on annual target setting and performance appraisal, and collect and file relevant documents.
? Work with Head of HR on analysis of competency gap and follow up improvement action plan.

3. Monthly Payroll and Insurance
? Monitor the performance of local and HK sub con for payroll, tax and insurances, ensure the accuracy of payroll and insurance contributions. Propose and monitor sub con on performance improvement.
? Coordinate Finance department on payroll payment and ensure on time and accurate payment. Following on documents preparation and approvals.
? Inform relevant employees and managers for any change of payroll and benefits.
? Develop payroll SOP and maintain the process.

4. Exit Management
? Conduct exit survey and interview to leaving employees, prepare exit reports. Propose any retention actions.
? Work with head of HR on exit management process improvement.
? Responsible for exit procedures for leaving employees, including final payment, check list and employment certification.
? Responsible for updating HR BBSC data on monthly basis.

5. Other Projects and tasks
? Facilitate/coordinate HR projects assigned like developing industrial plans, competency developing and talent review etc. as needed.
? Responsible for employee database update and personal file maintenance.

Qualification:
? Bachelor degree graduate, Master degree is a plus
? Minimum 6 years’ experience in C&B, ideally in multinational companies
? Solid HR knowledge and skills on C&B and performance management
? Solid knowledge of China labor law and HK ordinance
? Strong knowledge of taxation, both PRC and HK
? Advance knowledge of HRIS system and MS office, especially excel
? Strong communication skills to people in different level, both in English and Mandarin
? Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills
? Logical thinking, and strong analysis skills
? Good team player, proactive, positive and passionate
? Conscientious and good at time management
? Detailed and good following up
