Primary Responsibilities

TL negotiation with destination office(E2E/incentive).
Monitor box/trade lane profit volume/stability on weekly basis.
Co-load business management.
Contact with carrier/booking agent/warehouse/broker.
Making strategy for department development.
Making analysis & monthly reports to top management.
Setting up SOP for some VIP customers & team.
Optimizing operation procedure.
Recruiting & training new OP staff.
Handle Trouble case
Assist BM for other assignment.

Other Responsibilities
Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications / Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in operation management.
English skills - both Written and Spoken to liaise with customers and associates.
