岗位职责：
1、根据生产计划，按生产主管要求，每天及时完成本岗位装配及检验任务
2、正确理解并熟练掌握本岗位加工产品的工艺或作业标准要求，以及所用设备、工装、工具的性能、操作规程和生产中可能出现的问题
3、熟悉上下工位的工艺卡片或作业指导书的要求，严格执行三检制度
4、每天严格按规定要求正确使用和管理装配设备，确保人身和设备安全，并做好设备的维护保养工作
5、能正确判断所做产品的质量状况并作出正确处置，每天作好生产过程中的各项记录工作
6、做好产品生产过程中零部件、半成品、成品的搬运、贮存和防护工作
7、遵守公司劳动纪律和各项规章制度，搞好现场安全文明生产和“5S”管理活动，及时完成上级领导交代的临时工作
8、积极参加培训，提高技术质量水平和综合素质水平，提出合理化建议
9、积极参加相关会议、培训、文体活动
基本要求：
1，中技以上学历含职高。
2，有装配和检验方面的工作经历，品行端正。
3，动手能力强者优先考虑。
5，不抽烟者优先考虑。
6，服从上级领导的工作安排。
