职位描述：
Position: Senior Coordinator/Coordinator -海运操作高级助理


Accountabilities:

• Provide high quality Service for our major overseas customers;
  
• Contact local suppliers of overseas customers for cargo export;
  
• Acting as coordinator to deal with the various service requests from customers and local supplies;
  

• Daily Operations management, i.e. Document filing, Trucking Fleet arrangement, Export Declaration process & Warehouse stuffing monitoring, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor, preferably in shipping/transportation related field;
• Above 2 years relevant working experience;
• Holding Customs broker qualification license is preferred;
  
• Good command of both oral and written English, CET 6;
  
• Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;
  
• Need to be organized, professional, motivated, able to work quickly and follow detailed instructions from supervisor;
• Mature, open-minded, customer-driven, with excellent problem solving skills;
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• ?A team player.
