1. 熟悉MS Office软件和喷涂制程改善能力；

Good knowledge of MS office and painting process improvement capability;

2. 良好的英语听说读写；

Good command Both Oral and written English skill;

3. 熟悉汽车配件喷涂线的工艺流程及汽车业外观件的标准和功能要求；

Familiar with painting line process of vehicle components and know the standard of appearance and function ;

4. 良好的解决问题、人际交往及领导能力。

Good problem solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.

岗位职责Job Responsibility

1. 负责新项目的导入和工艺开发；

Be responsible for the introduction of new project and process development;

2. 负责喷涂制具的开发和改善；

Be responsible for the rack development and improvement;

3. 负责喷涂程序和参数的设定；

Be responsible for painting program and parameter set up

4. 负责制作产品的工艺文件；

Be responsible for process document;

5. 负责对员工进行技术培训；

Be responsible for training operators;

6. 负责项目的持续改善和优化;

Be responsible for continuous improvement and optimization

7. 服从上级安排，完成上级交办的共它工作；

Complete other assignments given by supervisors.
