工作汇报： TEAM LEADER
工作职责：
1. 工艺设计： 监督产品工艺， 积极的参与产品设计， 提出产品工艺的合理化提案，并推动提案的实施，降低成本，从量产的角度，协助产品研发和工艺制造。
2. OEM厂的新产品推介： 协助OEM 厂商引入我司设计的新产品到生产线生产。应聘者要做为我司产品设计者和OEM厂商量产沟通的桥梁，保证生产稳定运行。
3. OEM 厂支持：与OEM 厂商紧密合作。调查评估他们的生产能力并持续不断的帮助他们提高生产效率，增加产能，降低成本。协助OEM厂商设计和引入新生产工艺、工装夹具、新材料和新设备（ 全自动，半自动）用于产品装配测试，保证可靠的、经济的和高质量的制造方案用于产品的整个生产周期.
基本要求如下：
1. 愿意经常出差，有优秀的沟通交流技巧和良好的团队合作能力
2. 理工类大专以下上学历，至少2年制造企业工艺工程相关工作经验，有IE工作经验优先
考虑
3 熟悉小家电产品注塑工艺及组装工艺
3. 熟练使用SPC 工具
4. 优秀的分析及解决问题能力
5. 英文读写流利.
7. 愿接受工作新的挑战
8.有精益生产经验者优先！
9.根据工作需要，有时需在工厂驻厂几个月。
