- Implement and monitor the part qualification and certification process with machined suppliers

- Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers and customers to eliminate recurrence of non-conformance

- Function as liaison between procurement, engineering, manufacturing and suppliers to resolve supplier quality issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply

- Work to resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply

- Ability to travel(50%) is required

- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Quality or Supplier Quality Engineering in a manufacturing environment
5年以上制造业的制造质量或供应商质量工程工作经验
- 2+ years of experience of supply chain for a distribution and manufacturing business
- 2年以上分销和制造业务的供应链管理经验
- Experience in managing supplier quality, development and improvement group
具有供应商质量管理、供应商开发和管理改进小组的相关经验
- Experience in Machining and Machined Components is preferred
有机加工和机械零件方面的经验者尤佳
- Significant experience in managing change and working with cross functional teams including engineering and manufacturing

- Experience in a high mix low volume global business is required

- Review and Auditing of supplier manufacturing processes and quality systems

- Familiarity with problems solving tools like as 8D, 5Why, Control Plan, FMEA, MSA, etc., and also stronger experience of supplier FA PPAP submission

- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and compliance auditing experience

4年制大学毕业，有学士学位，工程技术或供应链相关专业
- Proficient in English as a second language (verbal and written communication) essential
