职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Conduct recruiting channel sourcing and evaluation.
实施招聘渠道和资源的评估
2. Prepare advertisements, participates in job fairs, college recruitment programs
准备广告，参加招聘会，大学招聘会
3. Collects and screens local applicant CVs and creates and compiles a candidate pool database.
筛选应聘者简历，建立匹配的候选人名单
4. Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews and reference checks.
电话面试，面对面面试，并作记录
5. Follow up with the offer, medical check and first day check in process to get the new employee on board.
跟进Offer，体检，入职手续
6. Update talent pool and issue monthly recruitment status report.
  更新人才库，发布每月招聘进程报告
7. Handle new hire, renewal and consultant contracts preparation and signing process.
处理新雇员的合同，续签合同的签订
8. Monitor and follow-up with probation reviews, contract renewal intents.
监督和跟进试用期，合同续签的事项
9. Manage Employee Relationship in close co-operation with line management.
协调员工关系，与部门经理加强合作
10. Responsible for the admin affairs
负责行政工作
11. Organize business & company events
组织公司活动
12. Perform additional HR/Administrative tasks as required
执行其他人事行政事宜

Requirements:
任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree, major in Human Resource Management or related subjects will be preferred
本科以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业毕业者优先
2.About 3 years HR related working experiences
3年左右的人事相关工作经验
3.English Spoken and Writing well
英语听说读写流利
4.Familiar with related HR polices and laws in Hangzhou
熟悉杭州的人事相关政策与法规
5.Good computer skills,communication skill,and strong teamwork spirit
