职位描述：
1.Lead special projects for quality improvement at critical local suppliers of ADS with involvement / participation from local and overseas colleagues.
2.Setup the project team and plan the right resources for the assigned projects
3.Deliver the milestones and final results within the planned project time schedule
4.Sustainably develope supplier quality by introducing / applying standards, methodologies, quality tools, KPI measurement etc.
5.Work independently to design, implement, troubleshoot and optimize the performance of the supplier quality control processes and systems
6.Continusely exchange the experience with SQE team on the supplier quality improvment
岗位要求：
1. Master degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, minimum 5 years working experience in at least one of
these areas (development, production, supply management, quality management), at least 2 years experience
in quality management, fluent in English (written and spoken).
2. Experience with state of the art quality tools and procedures (e.g. FMEA, ISIR, Control Plans etc. 6 Sigma
experience is a plus ).
3. Experience with project management and engineering
4. Ideally team management skills and proven leadership potential / experience
5. The position requires frequent traveling to suppliers in China and occasional traveling to the
European headquarter.
