Position Summary

- Lead team to satisfy clients, Train team on procedure and skill

Duties & Responsibilities

- High sensitive to potential risk, suggest in time solution/suggestion to improve internal procedure or document to avoid complain..
- Client focus, good relationship with clients and be reliable to clients
- Program focus, lead the improvement of program procedure, work with other team to set up or update flow chart.
- Complain handling, to find problem and give solution to avoid happen again
- Monitor team daily for both query answer and testing follow up,make sure in time answer to both client and internal team
- Daily Production Control KPI monitor for phone pick up rate, pending rate, holding rate, and quotation rate
- Proper team job assignment to balance team working load.
- Train team member for both program procedure and follow up skill
- Back up training and lead him/her to grow
- Support CRM/BD on business analysis and development
- Other job assigned by N+1

HSE Responsibilities

- To carry out and implement the guideline of ‘safety first, focus on prevention’, carry out National laws, regulations, rules and standards, be main person-in-charge of work safety of labs;
- Give working safety instruction training to new employees;
- To carry out the systems of responsibilities of work safety, work instructions, education systems and work inspection systems.
- The supervisors are entitled to ask the individuals who violate safely regulations to correct their mistake actions.

- Bachelor or above
