Key Roles
?Responsible for all finance activities of the products line and provide professional advice for improvements
?Review and monitor the monthly closing of HK and PRC companies
?Handle cash flow management
?Responsible to review monthly consolidation, budget, forecast, handle statutory audit, profits tax filing, and prepare financial and management report / analysis, costing analysis as well as ad hoc assignments
?Supervise the PRC accounting, tax & government administration issues
?To lead the development of an effective costing system
?Target and result oriented
Requirements
?Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent, must possess professional accounting qualifications such as HKSA, ACCA or CPA
?Minimum 10 years solid working experience in manufacturing business plus 3 years audit experience in Big 4 is preferable
?Strong knowledge of PRC tax, accounting and foreign exchange regulations and custom operations
?Familiar with HKGAAP, PRC GAAP
?Knowledgeable in Flex and / or SAP is preferable
?Good literacy in computer and fluently speaking in English & Mandarin
?Good team player, initiative and ability to work well with others
?Able to deal with all levels of people within the organization
?Work place is at Shenzhen and occasional travel to other provinces in PRC
?Daily travel is possible and apartment facility is also available
?Immediate available is highly desirable
