Position Title: Manufacturing Manager HK H/C (APG-ETM)
Job Location: Shenzhen, Guangdong, China



Expats from HK,Singapore, Malaysia are preferred.

Job Summary:
We are looking for someone who has automotive motor-manufacturing experience and fluent in English and Chinese. This is a key executive position and has to lead an experience team of motor-manufacturing experts serving the automotive industry. Besides, this candidate needs to communicate well will all level directly, including our senior management as well as customers. So language and presentation skills are a must for anybody who can survive with this key position.

Responsibilities:
1. Overseas division operation in terms of cost, response, delivery, quality, order planning, production scheduling, inventory control and resources utilization
2. Achieve operations goal within budget and e fully accountable for effective cost management
3. Ensure operations adhere strictly to operating procedures, maintenance program and quality requirements from international quality standard, e.g. QS/TS16949
4. Staff management and development-grow, develop and retain technical skills in order to meet operations needs/business growth
5. Act as change agent to drive changes and continuous improvements in Gemba Kaizen methodology to bring organization to world class standard
6. Partner with Engineering and Project Team to launch projects on time to achieve the business needs

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline
2. More than 11 years job experience as Mechanical Engineering Production Management, with a minimum of five year's management experience
3. Knowledge and experience in Project and Resources Management
4. Knowledge and experience in Total Productive Management, Kaizen Improvement and relative international quality standard, e.g. ISO/TS16949
5. Finance and Costing Management
6. Fluent English & Chinese both in oral and written

Position 2

Position Title: Manufacturing Manager
BU: APG Division: BC



Expats from HK,Singapore, Malaysia are preferred


Responsibilities:
1> Monitoring production and operations closely on quality with cost effectiveness.

2> Supervise and provide strategies to improve the factory operations.

3> Review, examine and generate the appropriate procedures and flows for the plant operation to continuously reduce costs and improve productivity and efficiency.

4> Chair rountine meetings to track key manufacturing issues and incorporate appropriate corrective actions.

5> Coordinate within the department to prevent any impact on daily operation and new project implementation.

6> Develop and train staff by providing challenging leadership opportunities and industry knowledge.

7> Responsible for profit and loss of the manufacturing units.

Requirements:
1. More than 5 years job experience as Manufacturing Manager.
2. Solid knowledge of Lean production, TS16949, S6.
3. Full of the management experience in the factory at least 1000 employee.
4. Fluent English both in oral and written.
