职位描述：
Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:

? To manage, monitor and train the carrier/booking agency/ZLZB vendors and internal customers for seamless and flawless service.
? To provide support to the customer service teams directly or indirectly in matters of carrier/booking agency/ZLZB vendor relation, operational challenges
? Stream-line local booking procedure and continuously strive for better solution with company policy.
? Ensure customers satisfaction by continuing seeking feedback from customers on a regular basis
? Review and optimize the procedures with group leader regularly to accommodate customers needs and improve productivity
? To review and optimize the cross-function procedures in order to deliver defect-free service and operational excellence

Specific responsibilities of the position:

To serve the booking group and provide the best service to our customers we promised

? Follow KPI to continuously improve on service standards and monitor the service level
? Get enough training and skills from senior staff and group leader to develop self
? Optimize the procedures to improve the productivity level
? Ensure operational excellence
? Keep high data quality
? Working closely with group leader to secure the best service providers (booking agency) who can offer us competitive rates in the market
? Working closely with customer service
? teams to provide accurate forecast to our service providers and ensure we have enough capacity for growth
? Frequently assess based on performance appraisals to ensure the best service in class. fully engaged in serving the company and our customers with passion

Measurement / success criteria of the position:
? Basis the feedback from other stakeholders on the responsiveness, accuracy and capacity to handle contingencies – seek feedback on a bi-weekly basis
? Handle responsible operation independently
? Productivity target: 10% increment; OT target for group members: less than 9 hours/HC/month
? Service failure target : 0
? Target for data quality: 100% in figures we provide to other stakeholders
? Basis the benchmark with competitors cost picture
? No capacity failure
? Ensure the performance appraisal forms in place
? and as per the feedback from the stakeholders
