职位描述：
工作职责：
1. To ensure that all poeple comply with the safety guidelines
2. Overall control and coordinate production according to PC' schedule
3.Lead daily meeting with cross function team to solve problems in time
4.Lead quality and efficinecy improvement to meet the target
5.To make sure that all people follow up prcedures and processes
6.To ensure materials accuracy and WIP control in minimum level
7.Be responsible for people training and assessement
8.To make sure workshop with good 5S and cleaning environment
9. Make sure W/Oss colse in time and on time delivery

Education/ 教育背景:
College degree or above

Basic Abilities/ 所需知识技能:
1.Minimum 8 years’ experience in production function; among which 3 years supervisor above is required
2.Work experience in the following market segments is preferred: Machining manufactory, eletronic Industry,……
3.Motivate and develop people effectively.Good decision maker.
4.Good communication and coordination with cross functions
5.Good problem solving and process optimized capability
6.Strong experiences in production contorl and team build up
7.Familiar with the inspeciton criteria of machining and Assy.
8.Can use Microsoft office software well
