岗位职责：
一、业务人事方面 Personnel
1.根据公司招募进度以及各营业处的人员变动，按时为代理人办理各项入司/离司手续，及时受理各类申请。Provide onboard and exit services to agents and accept all kind of applications in time, according to recruiting progress and the people movement of sales offices.
2.及时完成代理人系统的维护，以保证公司代理人管理系统人力信息更新及时准确。Maintain the agent system in time, to ensure in time update of the personnel information in Agency management system.
3.对代理人个人档案进行管理、申请办理各种相关证书证件。Management for agent personal files, and application for all kind of certifications
4.制作有关人力及业绩相关报表，报送相关领导及部门，为公司决策提供数据支持。Prepare and summit related personnel and business report to function head, to provide data support to making strategy decision.
5.负责代理人证书的管理、申请、发放，为外勤同仁申请门卡、电话卡、名片、邮箱。Be responsible for the management of the certifications for agents, inc. application and distribution. Application for the door card, telephone card, name card and email address for agents.
6.根据要求定期向总公司及行业监管机构提供有关外勤人力数据。Regular provide agent HC data to home office and industry regulation according to related requirements.
7.销售人员出勤考核记录管理及考勤信息的系统录入 Record management for agents attendance and information system entry
8.负责对顾问行销人事相关报表进行制作、分析。Responsible for the preparation and analysis of Agency personnel reports
9.负责行业协会系统更新、维护。Association system updates and maintenance.
10.代理人相关证明管理；LP转任、晋升资料统计整理，档案留存 Management for agent certification; LP transfer, promotion information stat., and filing
11.提供各类业务、人员管理报表，确保数据和报表的及时性、准确性 Provide all kind of business reports, personnel management reports in time and with accuracy.
二、考核薪酬方面 Commission
1.公司代理人考核预警与追踪，工作及业绩考核结果统计Responsible for the warning, tracking, performance evaluation results stat. for agents.
2.对代理人进行酬佣数据解释、考核结果的统计与解释。Responsible for commission data explanation and performance results stat. for agents.
3.负责管理代理人福利保障审核、申请事宜 Responsible for the management of welfare and social benefit auditing and application for agents.
4.代理人新人酬佣课程培训 Salary and commission training for new agents.
. 遵守反洗钱相关法律法规和公司制度并承担相应职责。
To comply with the applicable AML laws & regulations and the company policy, and take the responsibilities accordingly.
三、保单行政方面 Policy admin
1.照会、保单、通知单、保费催交单等保单相关文件发放到销售人员或AM主管。Distribute notes, policies, notices, premium reminders and related materials to sales or AM
2.签收回执收取并核实签名后录入系统回执签名日期。Receive return receipt and verify the signature, and then entry the date to system
3.续收报表的打印及分发，续收结果的跟进。Print and distribute retention report, and retention follow up
4.负责实施非在职保单的分配行政工作 responsible for implementing the non-job policy distribution admin
四、其他方面 Work place management
1.职场办公家具、办公设备、IT电脑设备的维护保修及跟踪 Maintenance and tracking of the furniture, facility and IT computers
2.职场家具设备定期盘点，需求申请及报废申请。Make regular inventory check for the furniture and facility in the workplace, and make requirement application and scrap application.
3.办理公司内外勤员工出差订票、往来人员住宿预定工作；Ticket and hotel booking for staff traveling
4.统筹会议室管理 Meeting room management
