职位描述：
某知名赛事组织商。 上班地点： 北京 国贸附近

职位描述：

1.负责体育赛事的前期准备工作，中期执行，后期评估等工作；
2.能够制定赛制，赛程，并能协调各参赛单位及人员，确保赛事顺利进行；
3.负责与赛事相关单位的联系，开展赛区授权执行工作，使其达到预期的目标和效果；
4.负责监控赛事项目实施情况，及时根据赛事的要求和变化提出解决方案并向赛事组委会提供合理化建议；
5.解决现场活动中出现的问题、灵活应对突发事件；
6.合理实施各项计划统筹，掌握各分赛区的工作进度及方向；
7.协助赛事推广活动的组织、策划及执行。

任职要求：
1.了解体育赛事的运作规程，有国内外重大体育赛事、文化产业，赛事公司相关领域工作经验；
2.具备较强的组织协调能力，语言表达能力强，有良好的沟通技巧和统筹规划协调能力，能独立组织和完成整体策划项目；
