职位描述：
1. Manufacturing Strategy
Develops Manufacturing Strategy in order to support Company Strategy.
Develops Long-Term Production Plans to ensure Manufacturing Strategy Implementation.
Ensures timely and cost-effective solutions to meet Manufacturing Strategy.

2. Budgets
According to the Framework set up by Finance Department prepares the Budget of the Manufacturing .

3. Production Planning
Sets up the Framework/ Requirements for Long- and Short-Term Production Planning.
Ensures Implementation of Long-Term and monitors implementation of Short-Term Production Plans in order to ensure Delivery Precision.
Approves actions of Planning Coordinator when Implementation of Short-term Production Plans is under risk due to Production issues, in order to ensure Timely and Cost-effective Solutions of Production related issues.
Initiates Cost Price Reduction Actions, sets the Priorities (Production, Logistics, Contract Changes, etc. related) and ensures the agreed actions are implemented on time.

4. Quality of the Products
Ensures the Products are produced according to the Instructions.
Ensures Regular Control of Product Quality according to the agreed Standards through Testing or/ and based on Registration of mistakes.
Develops Action Plans/ timely acts on negative trends.
Ensures the Timely Repair/ Rework of Non-Conforming Products.

5. Development and Improvement of Production Processes
Regularly analyses the possibilities, sets up the Targets (KPI’s)/ agrees on the Targets for Production Processes Improvement with Technical Service Manager.
Proposes Improvement Solutions, ensures the agreed Improvement Programs and Plans are implemented on time and cost-effectively
Regularly monitors the KPI's and acts on negative trends.

6. Production Efficiency Management
Constantly looks for the possibilities to improve Production Efficiency through effective Headcount Planning and Resource Allocation, Improvement of Communication, Performance Management and Upgrade of Needed Competencies and Skills.
Proposes Production related Efficiency Management Programs and Ensures they are implemented when agreed.

7. Infrustructure and Environment of Supporting Facilities
(Parking, Drive Way, Green Areas;Heating, Electricity, Water Supply)
Ensures the Supporting Environment and Facilities are suitable for effective activities of the company and support Business Strategy.
Ensures the Facilities are utilized effectively. Participates with Technical Service Manager in review of the Layout of the Factory to ensure the Effectiveness and the Best Utilization of the floor space (regularly and before New Product Introduction).
Proposes the major Changes for GM approval and ensures they are implemented as agreed.
 
8. Reporting
Sets up the Department KPI’s and Reporting Framework to ensure all the agreed department KPI's are measured effectively.
Ensures monthly and other agreed Reports are delivered on time.
Initiates the actions are taken based on reported issues.

9. Performance Management
Sets up the Annual and Periodical Performance Targets for the Direct Reports, and ensures all the department activities are according to the agreed Performance Management system.
Plans department Resources, ensures the required Competence and Motivation of the Subordinates in order to meet department Objectives.
Ensures Training needs (ongoing and long-term) are identified and Training Plans and Budgets are developed on a yearly basis (both long- and short- term). Monitors the implementation of the Training Plan on a yearly basis to ensure Performance Improvement.

10. Legal and Safety Requirements. Policies and Procedures
Ensures all the activities of the department are in line with Legal and safety Requirements.
