职位描述：
MAIN MISSIONS
The Innovation Manager is responsible for analyzing and recommending innovation focus areas according to customers’ requirements and in compliance with the Division strategic policies. Accordingly, she/he coordinates the selected research projects and:

Product design & Industrialization Process
? Develops, collects and analyzes various data, such as Division internal documentation or external experiment results, so as to generate innovative solutions or products within the Division scope of activities,
? Examines generated ideas and proposals, determines the innovation potential, assesses its economic relevance, prepares and submits to the relevant Division Director a preliminary project supported with valuable research findings,
? Contributes to research projects review held by the Management Board,
? Following senior management approval, she/he determines in detail the objectives, project plan and estimated budget for each innovation focus,
? Conducts research programs and coordinates with all units to work on approved resources, tracks the activity progress and oversees the validation process in key milestones,
 


? If the project presents a positive solution (valid technical and economic relevance), she/he submits to customers innovation and research findings with the support of the sales team; then ensures the transfer of research findings to the development team. In this respect, she/he acts as the expert counselor who identifies and monitors the areas for improvement,
? May have to supervise one or several research engineers, and/or lead a multidisciplinary team called upon on an ad hoc basis,
? Entrusted with conducting the patent filing process for the Division in conjunction with the Group legal unit,
? Accountable for the provision, implementation and update of operating procedures as well as required technical instructions enabling the optimum operation of the unit,
? Is responsible for implementing the overall procedures and operating instructions relevant to Quality, Safety and Environment, within her/his scope of action in the assigned area of responsibility and in compliance with the rules defined by the Group. 举报 分享
