Civil engineer 土木工程师
工作职责Job Description
1.监控和管理施工现场进度.
1.Responsible for the monitoring and managing the progress of works on site.
2.现场协调及支持整个工程项目的进行
2. Provide coordination and engineering support as maybe be required for the ongoing works on site.
3.每日视察工地以及准备相关报告， 并向项目管理层汇报。
3. Conduct daily site inspection and prepare the relevant reports for the CNBO project management.
4.控制项目进展的付款状况，并向项目管理层汇报。
4. Control progress payment prepared by contractor for review by CNBO project management.
5.根据项目进度表监控施工进度，如发现项目有所异动，提出异议。
5. Supervise the construction progress on site according to the project master schedule and raise red flag if there is variance.
6. 监控分包商的工程质量和采购到现场的原材料和产品的质量，保证质量水平持续稳定。
6. Monitor the quality of work done by E.P.C contractor and quality of material(s) and produce(s) delivered to site, make sure that quality is continuously accounted for.
7.如有必要，帮助分包商一起完成当地政府部门的联络
7. Support the E.P.C contractor vis-a-vis local authorities and government bureaus as may be required.
8.处理项目管理层分配的其它相关的任务
8. Handle other duties and tasks not designated herein but should be performed within the totality of work by the project management of Cimtas (Ningbo) as the position requires.
9. 在现场和庆达西（宁波）项目管理层之间进行沟通，保证项目顺利、及时的进行。
9. Act as a bridge between the job site and CNBO project management.
10.如有需要，在设计，建造和更改，提供技术建议
10. Provide technical advice regarding design, construction or program modification and structural problems on site if any.
11. 如有需要，介入技术管理和组织。
11. Involve in technical supervision and organization as maybe required.
12.确保分包商有高度的HSE意识和保证零事故的目标的达成。 .
12. Make sure that the E.P.C contractor works with high HSE consciousness and zero accident target.
13.独立系统的开展工作
13. Work independently and systematically.

16. Supporting the preparation of and ensuring achievement of the Project plan that supports the master program.
17. 确保现场土木、安装程序都符合质量系统，成本的要求
17． Observing and ensuring that Civil Works are completed in accordance with provided designs and installation procedures and in accordance with QA/QC system, and cost.
18.严格控制工程质量
18. Implementing effective control as to quality of the work done.
任职要求Requirements
- 本科学历或以上(土木专业)
- Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering
- 5年或以上相关工作经验
- At least 5 years relevant working experiences
- 良好中英文听说读写能力和熟练掌握电子办公应用软件
- Good listener, read, written and spoken English & Chinese and proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- 积极主动、具备团队合作精神及良好沟通技巧
- Self-motivated, good in working as a team& has communication skills 举报 分享
