职位描述：
Mission
Coordinate and ensure the functions of management, service and maintenance and improvement of the industrial processes of the industrial operations inside China Industry.

Functions
In charge. Coordinate and manage the different companies industrial teams working together with companies GM to set up anual improvement plans and achievement of these. Implement Lean practices at China Industry industrial activities.
Industrialization. Active participation in the industrialization of new projects, at the same time analyze the existing ones to improve their efficiency. This activity can be applied in internal or outsourced processes.
Prototypes. Active participation in the construction of prototypes that will be used to validate the feasibility of new designs that will define later stages of the industrialization.
Process management. Active participation and coordination among companies teams for the continuous improvements of all the processes related to industrial activities.
Maintenance management. Active participation and coordination among companies teams to ensure and improve the service level of the industrial processes decreasing breakdowns.
Support China Industry GM to achieve annual group targets and work together with Lean Group at HQ to implement Lean practices.

Requirement:
University degree, mainly in Industrial processes. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, and process re-engineering.
3 years experience in a similar position. Preferable in a WFOE or JV. Experience working with international teams. 举报 分享

浮士达佑利是中国氯化聚氯乙烯CPVC的主要生产企业之一, 公司地址位于浙江省温州乐清市。CPVC是用于制造工业领域管材管件的主要材料。公司拥有世界一流的生产设备德国克劳斯玛菲（Krauss Mafeei）不同规格的挤出机共7条生产线，以及UPVC/CPVC塑料注塑专用机40多台。年生产UPVC及CPVC原料树脂达到16，700吨，生产能力居全国前三名。
