岗位职责：
1. 良好的协调、沟通、组织能力。
2. 对下属人员工作指导与监督，培训和发展操作部门的同事，以确保为客户、海外代理、公司海外主管以及其他部门的服务质量有保证。优化操作部各项日常运作环节，降低操作成本。
3. 负责联系、协调本公司与承运人、同行、拖车公司、堆场、报关行等外协单位的关系。
4. 负责操作过程产生的相关费用确认及结算审核。
5. 可以参与香港办事处和海外代理的问题处理环节，维持与海外代理专业的沟通，解答他们的问题。
6. 积极主动，工作责任心强，敢于承担责任。
7. 客户投诉、事故及疑难问题的跟进与解决。
8. 合理利用资源，使公司业务运作顺畅，满足客户需求。
9. 建立优质的服务质量管理体系，支持业务部门的市场拓展；
10.确保公司规章制度的执行。

岗位要求：
1. 大学专科及其以上学历，物流、国际贸易、英语等相关专业，精通货代海运及空运业务操作流程及管理模式，熟悉华南地区操作，从事货运代理行业三年以上操作主管工作经验。
2. 优秀的整体规划和团队管理能力，推动执行能力强, 良好的敬业精神。
3. 具良好的领导、组织、沟通和协调能力，正确面对工作压力。积极主动，工作责任心强，敢于承担责任。
4. 具有处理突发事件的应变能力和处理能力、具有风险防范意识。
5. 英语CET-4及其以上，书面语能力较强，能熟练操作计算机, office等办公软件。
6. 能独立处理国外邮件, 独立执行与海外代理业务过程中的所有操作事宜。
7. 处理突发事件做好记录并汇报。
