岗位职责 ：
1.访客接待；
2.总机电话的过滤、转接，留言转达；
3.快递的联系、安排、签收、发放、对账结算，以及每天快递的登记工作；
4.及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系信息；
5.管理维护公司相关办公设备、办公用品；
6.保证公司饮用水的供应（订水）；
7.按期整理文件，做归档工作；
8.领导交办的其他事宜。

岗位要求：
1.年龄25岁以下，身高162CM以上，形象好气质佳；
2.普通话标准，熟练运用日常英语，能听说粤语者优先；
3.中专及以上学历，
4.为人正直诚信、性格开朗、有礼貌；
5.熟练使用常用办公软件，中英文打字熟练；
6.良好的沟通能力、协调能力，以及应变能力
7.做事细心，有耐心，具有良好的团队精神，责任感，以及优秀的服务意识；
8.欢迎优秀的应届毕业生加入。
