职位描述：
要点：
涡轮经验是必须的，要汽车一级二级供应商经验，必须有销售经验。BD经验要比较强，英语要强。

岗位职责：
1.Develop new sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers
2.Build relationships with key commercial influences – Engineering, Procurement, Logistics etc…
3.To play a pivotal part in the development team for all new products, both commercial and technical
4.To draw up sales or service contracts for products or services
5.To clearly demonstrate and explain product or services to customer representatives, such as engineers and other technical professionals
6.To continuously drive design / product improvements
7.To ensure that samples parts are delivered on time and to customer specification
8.To ensure that the department meets all TS requirements
9.To provide engineering and technical reports as required by the project or the customer
10.Provide weekly and monthly reports – Customers / markets / industry etc…
11.To work closely with the internal team to continuously improve manufacturing whilst maintaining the required quality standards
12.To travel abroad to customer sites, trade shows etc…as and when required

任职要求：
1.Time Served Engineer
2.A degree in a relevant engineering discipline
3.Excellent commercial, costing, and sales skills
4.Extensive engineering experience in the Automotive industry
5.Excellent communication and leadership skills
6.Lean manufacturing training / experience
7.Previous experience at negotiating at a senior level
8.Excellent writing, training and presentation skills
9.Excellent PC skills with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & ideally Project. 举报 分享
