资格要求
- 最少三年的产品推销规划经验 (有外贸公司经验者优先考虑)
- 有塑料类、厨房工具、不锈钢刀具、婴儿用品、宠物用品、清洁用品、小家电、家用品开发经验为优先。
- 做事主动积极、能解决不同的问题、适应案子的多变性及问题。
- 具备自我约束能力、致力于工作上、诚恳与保证案件的质量。
- 精通英语听说读写, 必须过CET6级以上。

需求职务说明
业务必须负责新案子的询价。跟产品工程师研究产品的设计和成本，从现有的供应商里面选择适合的供应商或者协助拜访/检验新的供应商。跟产品工程师一起研究分析成本，探讨降低成本的方案和提供完整的资料给产品经理.业务负责亨厨已开发产品的定单的进度，保证货期准时，跟工程师一起维护产品的品质，组织跟成本有关的资料，和维护根据产品规格说明建立的内部资料库.

主要工作内容与职责
- 处理新产品报价，找到最合适的生产商和最有竞争力的价格。必须有导向目标以便达到完成期限。
- 负责管理现有产品的产品/包装价格及规格。
- 以有责任感的交付方式同时管理多个案子，落实时间管理。
- 与不同部门（采购部，船务部，会计部等）有效配合和沟通，达成目标及解决问题。
- 每天与美国客人主要以邮件沟通。英文读/写是必须的。
- 必须能够清楚地与每个部门（采购部/船务部/工程部）沟通问题。必须有心理准备去寻找有效的方案而不能危及客人的目标。
- 对完成案子的相关任务有责任感，了解必要的时候何时需要寻找帮助。

教育经历
- 大专或大学 (BA/BS) 以上相关科系毕业

Job Description:
Product Associates are expected to work with our Product Engineers to understand the design/cost and seek suitable suppliers through our existing network of factories or assist in visiting/reviewing new factory sources. Working along with Product Engineers, they will analyze cost, help find reduction opportunities and present complete data to Product Managers. Product Associates hold ownership of all new project opportunities, existing products developed in the past by following existing orders to ensure timely delivery, working with Product Engineers to preserve quality, organizing data associated with cost, and maintain internal databases according to product specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new product inquiries to find suitable supplier with most competitive cost. Experienced cost negotiating is a must.
- Oversee existing products with complete ownership of product/packaging cost and specifications. Must be goal oriented in order to meet deadlines.
- Execute time management by coordinating multiple projects with accountability for deliverables.
- Effectively work and communicate with different departments (Purchasing, Shipping, Accounting, etc.) to achieve targets and resolve issues.
- Day to day email interface with US customers. Reading/writing English is a must.
- Must be able to clearly communicate issues through all levels of the organization (Purchasing/Shipping/Engineering). You must have the mind set to seek effective solutions without compromising customer goals.
- Be driven to complete project assignments and know when to find support if necessary.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years experience in Product Merchandising (past work experience at trading companies is preferred).
- Past development of plastic kitchen gadgets, stainless steel knives, baby, pet, cleaning and household goods is a plus.
- Must be a self starter willing to resolve diverse issues and adapt to project changes and issues.
- Self disciplined, dedicated to the job, honest and committed to project quality.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Minimum CET6 is a required.
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin)

Education:
- College or University Degree (BA/BS) in related field required.
