职位描述：

Key Responsibilities:

·Identify and analyze technical details of customer's requirements and to communicate these clearly and accurately to both the customer and within the GBC organization.

·Support application reviews on machines and equipment.

·Work closely with the sales organization, contribute to opportunity generation and support the development of value added solutions.

·Understand, use, interpret and verify results from basic (application) engineering softwares to create value for customers.

·Be responsible for customer relationship management at the engineering level.

·Participate in the execution of Root Cause Analysis of the customers' application.

·Support internal and external trainings.

·Represent GBC and its products and services at customers and institutions through visits, presentations, seminars and fairs.

·Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements:

·Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent majors

·Over 3 years of bearing industry experience with technical or quality background

·Rich experience of bearing application, including new product development and failure analysis/treatment

·Familiar with tapered roller bearing, ball bearing, bearing units and has basic knowledge of bearing calculation methods

·Competent written and spoken English skills

·Knowledge on quality management tools, such as ISO9000, TS16949 etc

·Good knowledge of truck/trailer industry

·Knowledge on bearing production process, such as turning process, heat-treatment, grinding, assembling, inspecting and testing process will be a plus

·Good computer knowledge in using Word, Excel, Power point

·Good interpersonal and communication skill

上海通用轴承有限公司（SGBC），是美国通用轴承公司（GBC）与上海集优机械股份有限公司于1988年6月25日投资建设的中国第一家中美合资轴承制造企业。于2012年被瑞典斯凯孚（SKF）集团兼并。
SGBC从美国引进VEFSON 800吨和1600吨压力机，CINCINNATI各类轴承专用磨床，近几年，公司又新增数控车床60余台、自动磨加工装配线20余条，成立了目前国内唯一的限高轴承批量生产线，从而成为具有各种汽车轴承，特别是轮毂轴承先进的加工生产能力和竞争优势的企业；在宁波成立了具有30多条生产线的全资分公司，先后设计开发多种类型的卡车、拖车轴承、齿轮箱轴承等。产品主要应用于卡车，集装箱拖车轮毂及轿车变速箱的零部件上，在轮毂轴承占有主要的市场份额，长期为通用、福特、克莱斯勒、EATON，戴姆勒等客户配套。
SGBC主要生产经营内径17mm以上，外径300mm以下各种公英制圆锥轴承、圆柱轴承和球轴承，本公司还向客户提供各种公英制圆锥滚子和圆柱轴承的锻件、车件和热处理件及相对应的保持器和滚子。
SGBC的产品90%销往国外，市场份额呈现不断发展的态势。近年来，向福特、克莱斯勒、通用汽车,康迈，瀚瑞森等提供了大量汽车轴承产品。同时，向世界著名轴承公司SKF和Schaeffler提供轴承零件半成品。出口创汇已多年保持在年出口额4000万美元以上；在国内，本公司的产品从1996年2月起就先后得到上海大众、上海汇众的OTS认可并为其批量配套。2011年，销售额达到4.86亿元。
上海通用轴承的人均出口创汇和人均劳动生产率均处于国内同行业领先地位，并先后十余年荣获国家创汇、创利双优和先进合资企业称号，在国内外同行和众多客户中享有良好的声誉。
SGBC先后获得ISO9002、、ISO/TS16949和 ISO14000体系认证。2011年被授予高新企业资格。
上海通用轴承的注册商标为“SGBC”。
