职位描述：
岗位目的（概述）(Purpose)：1. To develop (design and test) products for Boke and Pacbrake.
2. To work directly with Parent company on specific project task as defined by upper Management.
3. To report progress updates and meet milestone targets established by Upper Management.
4. To organize and maintain assigned R&D functions at BOKE Company.
5. To support Boke’s day-to-day engineering needs


任职条件：
- 机械工程专业本科学历，有汽车工程背景。
- 精通Auto CAD，至少四年汽车业项目/工程设计的实践经验；
- 具备TS 认证企业的工作经历, 以及FEAMA-CFD-热分析的经验；
- 具备设计确认测试经验；
- 接受过工程设计/制造工艺的跨部门培训；
- 英语说写良好。
Job Requirements:
? University degree majored in Mechanotronics, Automotive Engineering background
? Proficient in drawing software incl. Auto CAD
? Must have at least 4 years’ experience within the required automotive fields practicing Project/design engineering.
? Must have worked for a TS certified company
? Analytic experience in FEA-Modal Analysis-CFD- Thermal Analysis preferred
? Design Validation testing experience preferred
? Cross functional training experience in Design Engineering and manufacturing Engineering preferred.
? Good level of English in speaking, listening and writing
? Good communication & coordination skill, result-oriented, self-motivated and good team spirit

主要工作职责:
- 根据既定项目计划安排项目进度，确保实现目标。
- 按下列步骤实施项目：
1） 构思设计/可行性研究；
2） 设计样机；
3） 构思确认；
4） 设计确认；
5） 产品确认；
6） 生产件批准程序
- 更新并维护项目档案和甘特图
- 及时向管理层汇报项目进展；
- 每月向总部工程经理汇报进展；
- 根据设计的技术要求和规格，搜寻尚未被泊轲采购部找到的样机生产供应商；
- 新部件采购时根据要求为SQE提供供应商确认和审核支持。
- 根据既定的技术目标和客户标准设计新部件。
- 完成公司交办的其他临时性任务。
Duty&Responsbility:
Project/Design Engineer work description:
1.To take provided project plans and organize a project schedule and timelines to ensure all project objectives are met and milestones are achieved.
2. To bring a project through the provided gates;
a) Concept design/Feasibility
b) Prototype design
c) Final product design and validation
3.Update and maintain project documentation required
4.Provide weekly updates to upper management
5. Research new suppliers for prototype builds based on technical requirements of design and technology requirements which have not yet obtained through Boke purchasing group.
6. Supplier validation and Audit support for SQE if required on new part procurement.
7. Design of new parts based on technical objectives established and customer criteria.
Preferred Advanced skill Requirements
9.Experience in using Solid Works
10.Design validation and testing experience
