Principle Accountabilities:

Monitor all implementation in Contract manufacturing site can meet the contract.
Verify all contract manufacturing service unit price can meet the valid contract.
Manage the tolling contract, CDA with the effectiveness.
Coordinate with the partner on the new contract’s preparation or the contract’s update.
Involve in the weekly MPS meeting to support the supply reliability offered from site.
Provide the day-to-day coordination to resolve the conflicts and issues with the partner.
Monitor the KPI Performance Indicator performance of the contract manufacturing regularly.
Organize the regular meeting with contract manufacturing with the proper functional team involved.
Closely work with MT, Logistics, Quality, SHE, TSP (Trade Secrete Protection) to drive the continuous improvement and the conduct in site.
Lead the external & internal service defect’s investigation and make sure the related corrective and preventive actions implemented effectively.
Conduct the overall scale-up work for new products, new project launched in the contract manufacturing.
Generate innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.
Other jobs/assignments/projects assigned by the leader.


Skill and Knowledge Required:

Bachelor or above with major in Macromolecular Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years workshop experience in on-site process and production management and prefer to familiar with the polymerization.
Excellent interpersonal communication and quick problem solving skill is needed.
With knowledge of 6 sigma, SPC, DOE process, FMEA, and Control Plan.
Good experience on the project management and process management.
Willing to face the challenging and fast changing environment.
Good verbal and written communication capability in Mandarin and English
