职位描述：
1.处理日常火车或海运进口操作及单证事宜，协助销售收集各项成本，制定火车方案等
2.妥善灵活处理出货期间发生的各种意外和突发事件
3.将业务信息录入管理系统，完成业务结算工作
4.需要有铁路或进口2年以上操作经验，有两项经验者优先
5.有一定的英语基础，熟悉英语，有指定货客服操作经验者优先
6.具有良好的交际沟通和应变能力
7.亲切随和、耐心细致，有较好的服务意识

Accountabilities
1. Train and import daily work , support sales to collect cost and train BD work.
2. Acting as owner of the shipment, be responsible for daily communication with overseas colleagues, consignee, shipper, carrier, warehouse etc;
3. Good team work, willing to assist direct supervisor and help others;
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 year of working Experience in Train or import Dep. of freight forwarding companies;
2. Good command of both oral and written English;
3. Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;
