职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.和运营商，汽车运输公司，报关行联系沟通
2.与发货人/销售/海外代理密切追踪货物运输，及时向有关方更新位置
3.系统输入、更新，发票发放，文件闭档
4.在操作过程中处理问题，在上级的监督下找到解决方案
5.向总公司提供向导和支持，关于对所有运营商的当地习俗和行业新闻

要求：
1.大专及其以上的学历要求，想要从事或者专业是学习物流，运输，国际或商务的首选
2.在海运产业有3年相关的操作经验
3.良好的沟通技巧
4，良好的谈判和分析
5.较好的书面英语及普通话
6.乐观和开放，可以在压力下工作
Position Responsibilities:
1.Communicating with carrier, trucking company, customs broker.
2.Follow up the shipment (shpt) with SHPR/SALES/OVERSEAS AGENT closely, update the status in time to related party
3.System input, update, invoice issuing, file close
4.Handle the problem during the operation, find solution under the supervise of the leader
5.Provide guidance and support to head office for all carrier's local customs, news of the industry

Requirements:
1.College degree desired, major course of study in logistics, transportation, international or business preferred
2.At least 3 years of Operation experience in Freight Forward Industry.
3.Excellent communications skills
4.Good negotiator and analytical
5.Proficient in written English& Mandarin
