• Acting as dedicated contact window for sales support;
• Customer relationship management;
• Implementation of new business and update;
• Credit establishment;
• KN Login follow up;
• Claim handling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, good command in English;
• 3 years experience in forwarding firm,preferably in customer service departments;
• Good communication skills;
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
