岗位职责Job Responsibility:

-团队：培训并管理团队成员，根据定单情况安排部门工作。Lead and day-to-day manage QC team China. Coach, train and supervise the team members. Delegate and organize departmental workload according to project assignments.

-协调QC部门与其他部门的合作关系，给跟单员、工厂及客人提供技术支持，以确保产品质量。包括回答跟单在质量及原料方面的问题，对工厂在产能及机器设备能力方面是否能保证产品质量方面给出建议。

Co-ordinate interaction between the Quality Department and all other departments. Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality, common activities includes answer merchandisers' enquiries on quality and material issues, give suggestions to factories based on factory capacity and availability of machinery to ensure product quality;

-阅读，理解并执行所有质量手册所陈述的体系。根据质量管理要求制订并执行相关程序。To read, understand and support the implementation of systems stated in all Quality Manuals. Elaborate and execute procedures related to Quality Management

-与第三方如实验室，检测公司，审核公司协作并建立良好的关系以帮助质量提升。Coordinate and settle relationship with third parties to help improve the quality in the Platform like laboratories, testing or audit companies

-当某一订单的产品不符合公司及客人的要求时在作出最后决定时要阻止发货。Liberate or block the production or take the final decision related to quality issues when the items do not comply with company or customer requirements.

-收到质量问题的投诉时，要即刻作出纠正及整改措施。Receive the claims related to quality problems and propose solutions for immediate correction or improvement

-在产前或产中提出QA的建议，包括检查大货用料质量是否可接受，预见在生产过程中的质量问题，更新资料以检查跟踪生产。Provide QA advice to factories before and during the manufacturing process, common activities includes check if materials used for bulk production are of acceptable quality, anticipate quality issues that may arise in the manufacturing process, update files to track production status;

-检查样衣和产品说明书确保符合客人的质量标准，包括检查样衣的原辅料。Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers' quality standards, common activities includes inspect samples (sub-assembly product samples, pilot-run samples or customers' samples) on materials, accessories, parts, components etc.;

-工厂符合性工作及管理上安排的其他任务。Factory compliance and Perform other duties as assigned by Management. 举报 分享
