职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead product development projects according to specified development process;
- Provide all necessary research results and document them in presentation format suitable for related reviews and meeting;
- Assist Senior Product Development & Design Manager to improve team proficiency and competency. Maintain high quality design & development as a team;
- Following latest trends, designs and advise to management;
- Trade shows and factory visits to obtain useful information with presentation follow ups;
- Ensure on time project completion;
- Assist Senior Product Development & Design Manager in reviewing product samples and delivering review results with cross-functional teams internally and externally

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial design / product design or related study;
- Product design & development related experience with international retailers, factories & design firms would be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in product development
- Strong experience in cross function internally & externally with related parties to achieve new product solution
- Strong Design project management & planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, creative and good team player
- Strong 3D related software, Adobe CS, MS Office. Mac OS
- Proficient in written and spoken in Chinese & English
- Travel to local China cities and overseas countries is required;
