职位描述：
Responsibilities
Do Mold trial on-site to provide technical support
Ensure tooling and process condition fitting CE product families
Field Technical Service is responsible for supporting sales and commercial development efforts by providing technical support.
Primary activities include troubleshooting customer processes, tooling assistance and material recommendations when needed.
Provides emergency service when customer has a technical issue involving Celanese material.
Provides technical support in the areas of injection molding, tool design, and material development.
Conducts troubleshooting activities at new and existing customer sites and helps customers solve problems running CE materials on their equipment.
Works with customers to resolve quality issues pertaining to customer process and tooling.
Conducts technical seminars on Celanese portfolio including properties, tooling, processing and Secondary operations.
Recognizes and develops new applications that have the potential for commercialization.
Works with T+I to develop a processing window for new products.
Travels (80+%) to customer sites to resolve issues

Qualifications
Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
Understanding of Celanese portfolio and experience processing these materials safely
Experience in plastic related technologies, like injection molding, Extrusion, tool design and basic product design.
8-10 years molding experience ,Auto is plus
