工作职责:
Role and purpose of the VRT analyst
The role of VRT analyst is a part of AMQ (After Market Quality). It is one of a core role to reduce variability, which means quality deviation at vehicle plant.
Using an eBSAQ (Balanced Single Agenda for Quality) IT infra, the whole market quality issues are prioritized as a pareto, and analyzed with `voice of customer`. This processing is based on symptoms and other dimensions of claim data. On the other hand, various customer survey results and their customer verbatim, TR (Technical Reports) from dealer network, are another sorts of data source. Whole these data is analyzed through ECB (Early Claim Binning) and EWS (Early Warning System), and then a quality agenda is defined by AMQ. As a part of a VRT, the VRT analyst is a core role during this data collection and analysis, and during early stage of problem solving such as trend analysis, return part test, and defining a root cause.
The contribution of the VRT analyst is measured with VRT targets such as R1000 3MIS.
The VRT analyst also communicates PFU (Product Follow Up) team, SIL (Single Issue List) team frequently, and reports to VRT Leader andor AMQ China Director whose location is in Hangzhou.
Responsibilities
? Responsible for the daily ECB process towards a concerned VRT.
? Responsible for keeping the VRT PIC-boards updated periodically.
? Responsible for taking notes from the daily PIC-room meeting for a concerned VRT.
Tasks
? Understand the failure modes regarding the eBSAQ customer pareto, in order to find prioritized customer concerns.
? Scope concerns based on internal and external sources and address to VRT to take an action.
? Analyze 3MIS results for responsible VRT, in order to find possibilities and implement an ICA at plant quickly.
? Collect necessary data in the define & analysis phase of a concern. This take include data collection and measurement in the plant, cooperation with PFU to get a wider understanding of a customer concern and to build a stronger fact-based case, and expanding the scope of data collection from what normally is used to understand a concern in a better way, etc.
? Support a DMAIC process by collecting and updating the source data, when applicable and decided by VRT.
? Update the VRT PIC-board weekly.

Requirements
? At least five years automotive experience
? Knowledge on statistical analysis
? Knowledge on vehicle plant process
? Fluent in EnglishChinese, both verbally and written
? Skillful in using MS Excel and PowerPointWord
? Engineering degree at bachelor level or similar one
? Green belt certified
? Ability to develop & apply solutions to complex problems
? Creative problem solving skills
? Team work spirit
