职位描述：
备注：该岗位隶属于宏海箱运船务有限公司天津分公司

Accountabilities:
1. Create quotation according to guideline rate before vessl custoff data
2. Create bookings service, generate booking list
3. Create partner booking & generate manifest
4. To prepare/sent out by-mail announcement of local charge/surcharge adjustment properly
5. To monitor long stay of destination to ensure EQ fast return
6. Follow up FOB nomination to update agent about bkg details & schedule plan
7. Coordinator of RA contract window to ensure shipment going on
8. Issue OB/L to customer and send telex releasing to POD
9. Create booking and confirm B/L in DCS
10.Check for Doc system for the accuracy
11.Create booking no. into system
12.Generate B/Ls and confirm with customers

Essential Qualifications:
1.Degree:College Graduated or Above（English relevant major preferred）
2.English: CET 4 or Above
3.Experience: 2 year’s relevant working experience or this year’s graduates
4.Computer: Word, Excel required
5.Others: Conscientious, sense of responsibility, diligent 举报 分享
