Main responsibilities
Transfer Leader is responsible of the transfer of all products which will be produced in the new factory.
He has to prepare and produce the trials and validation batches on time, to get quality release for these batches and finally get all the mandatory products registrations from CFDA on time before first commercial batches as planned by overall greenfield project.
Work
1. Is the local window contact between the Global Transfer Manager, local project team and future Taizhou manufacturing site. Coordinates communication
2. Schedules and follow up all transfer activities with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Purchasing, Engineering and End to End Project Manager
3. Ensures that the local project team is on track with defined schedule, budget and escalades in case of any issue
4. Escalade bottlenecks / gaps / problems (human and technical), proposes solutions and drives the resolution, taking into account local regulations and cultural environment
5. Plans supplies (Raw materials, packaging) with purchasing / supply chain to ensure the trials and the launches are on time and within the cost approved
6. Ensures that MTO Industrial Development Services can provide technical support remotely and on site. Need anticipation well in advance to optimize resources and travel.
7. Translate documents from current factories or set up the documentation necessary for the successful completion of transfer project according to quality and SHE policies
8. Leads and follows the activities of any third parties involved in the transfer project
9. Set up KPIs associated with the transfer project and ensures internal reporting on time to End to End Project Manager and Global Transfer Manager
