职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Review customer logistics agreement orgeneral contract regarding logistics topics and prepare comments for manage final desicion, evaluate risks in logistics process and minimize to the lowest level.
2. Prepare logistics concept for new projects or new customers, including ordering process, material flow, packaging concept, logistic cost calculation, customer portal with presentation in terms of customer logistics instruction and MSC situation, achieving project team or customer request.
3. Support purchasing department to prepare logistics agreement of vendors and explain details if any questions, implement escalation rules if vendor didn't follow up.
4. Define logistics parameters with customer and vendors in terms of Marquardt logistics standard, including packaging and shipment methord, coordinate with sales and purchaser to defin realistic incoterm in terms of Marquardt situation, audit SAP date fill in and minimize error before project launch.
5. Coordinate with logistics team to get logistics cost calculations, including packaging, transportation, customer, process in time, in order to support new project launch in time.
6. Prepare training material for packaging instruction to warehouse in new projects with training record and presentation.
7. Coordinate with global PEP logistics team to launch new process in plant.
8. Attend customer audit regarding new project logistcs process design in PEP process to get final approval from customer audit.
9. Customer contact for any logistics topics in PEP process.
10. Prepare MSC packaging database according to SAP database.
11. Finish R-Plan or other similar tasks in global reporting system w/o any delay.
12. Have regular review meeting with discipline leader and function leader, to finish assignment tasks with good quality in time.
13. Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior's expectation.

Min Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Automotive industry background.
3. Three years working experience in packaging or logistics planning.
4. Understand bill of material structure in daily work.
5. Has ERP background.
6. Good MS Office skills, presentation and visio skills.
