其中维修经理职位JD如下：

Responsibility：
Core Mission：
Leading Galderma Maintenance team to preparation the startup of Galderma plant.
To lead and continuously improve the maintenance function in such a way to provide fully effective and efficient support based on best practices across all site activities to deliver a good performance to supply chain.

Duties：
During start-up stage
Leading maintenance team to prepare maintenance startup, include breakdown analysis system, assets structure, work order management system, spare parts management system and develop technical experts.
Recruiting engineering team, coordinate training for new engineering staff and build capability to meet business requirement.
Prepare time and condition base preventive maintenance system.
Supporting equipment commissioning and validation.
Prepare relevant SOP and other engineering standard for future operation.
Ensure TPM readiness of the factory


After Start-up stage
1. Responsible for all maintenance staff of Galderma included essential disciplines.
2. Responsible for management of maintenance department and maintenance strategy as a fully effective support to factory activity. Ensure maintenance strategy, procedures, systems and structure are understood, implemented and complied with quality.
3. Lead maintenance department to gain a good performance, a good quality, lower cost and effectiveness for all activity of engineering service through change and continuous improvement.
4. Liaise closely with other site department managers, suppliers and external regulatory bodies to ensure smooth running of factory.
5. A member of the Plant Leadership Team producing monthly report and performance measure indicators playing a full part in the running of the business.
6. Ensure maintenance department operational strategy align with plant business plan. As a member of the plant Executive Committee is involved in developing and executing local plant policy.
7. Responsibility for setting annual maintenance budgets and monitoring expenditure to ensure department budget under control.
8. Responsibility for plant facilities and equipment running in good condition to support production plan completion.
9. Establish training and development plan for staff of maintenance department and execute it effectively.
10. Responsible for working with the engineering teams across the site and region to build engineering competency and capability
11. Responsible of SHE performance and SHE continuous improvement of Maintenance team.

Background：
Bachelor or above degree on Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in international company
Prefer experience in the cosmetic or Pharmaceutical industry
Good commitment

Fluent in English
Knowledge and experience of budget
TPM knowledge;
Teamwork, positive attitude
