Duties:
1. Develop compliance plans base on international standards; research new compliance regulation globally.
2. Establish compliance test procedures; conduct and witness tests; analyze and evaluate findings; troubleshoot failures; qualify vendors, components, and parts.
3. Complete document compliance / test reports and maintain compliance database; prepare and file Declarations of Conformity.
4. Work closely with Head Quarter in US and 3rd party lab in regard to the application and progress of the test result.
5. Manage 3rd party / regulatory / compliance audit, and follow up the non-conformance items.
Qualification requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering or related disciplines
2. More than 3 years working experience in compliance / regulatory in consumer product / EMC industry is preferred.
3. Capable to handle complex requirements across multiple disciplines Including EMC, Safety, Environmental, Chemical, Gas Grill, Consumer Product, etc.
4. Strong ability in reading and understanding technical data.
5. Experience on supplier system and process audit in new supplier selection, quality issue handling and current supplier development.
6. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements. such as CSA, UL, CE, RoHS for gas, electrical and consumer product.
7. Familiar with different quality and reliability test protocol, method and criteria of gas, electrical and metal products according to industrial standard. (GB, ASTM etc)
8. Good command of English and Mandarin, CET 4 or above;
9. Familiar with Office and CAD software: MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, AutoCad and Solidworks, etc.
