Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer account management, as a business partner with the customer he / she has to deal with and ensure the quality service on product development projects, effective communications with buyers and vendors, product review, providing accurate quotes and best price, sourcing right merchandise and new factories, and proactive recommendations
- Dealing with customers & vendors on daily issues of orders (i.e. price / quotation / delivery / quality / new idea / new product, etc)
- Report to the Account Manager/ Director, supervising and monitoring all team members on their daily orders follow up
- Monitoring closely on product development timeline and deadline of every orders and delivery commitments

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, min. 5 years solid merchandising and sourcing experience, of which min. 2 years at supervisory level, can work with overseas customers directly
- Good product knowledge of wide range of hardgoods, experience in windbell or banner is preferred
- Experience in major buying offices / agents and familiar with US & European market trend and standards required
- Mature, well organized, result-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
- Team player and problem solver with excellent skills on communication, negotiation, coaching and supervision
- Excellent written and spoken English with good communication skills & hands on experience in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Frequent traveling required
