Key Responsibilities:
1. Office management
a. Contract/supplier management
b. Housekeeping
c. Equipment & fittings
d. Security
e. Projects
2. Internal communication
a. China company brochure/publications
b. Contact list – compile and distribute internal telephone directory among group China business units
c. Establish contacts with all group offices in the same building and also other offices in China
d. Update internal personnel with all relevant information
e. Instigate best practices within facilities
3. Public Relations/Govt Relations (PR/GR)
a. Contact point for district govt offices
b. Communicate with relevant govt bureaus on statistical information collection & the latest policy updates, etc.
4. IT
a. Be the administrator for China company website and manage the website with IT team’s help
5. Others
a. Translation
b. Take overall responsibility of the Admin team
c. Any other ad-hoc tasks
Necessary skills and experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree & above
2. 5-8 years of relevant working experience
3. Experience in management and supervisory skill
4. Excellent English skill, both written and verbal
5. Excellent communication and relationship building skills at all levels
6. High level of attention to details
7. Service-oriented with a positive and respectful manner
8. Able to take initiative and work proactively
9. Exercise an appropriate level of judgement and confident in making the right decision
10. Plan and organise workload whilst accounting for changes and conflicts in priorities
11. Balancing a diverse and changing workload
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office
