Planning Assistant 计划助理

Job duties:

1. Communicate with headquarters and suppliers to planning inspection schedule;
2. Book air flight and hotel according to inspection schedule for QC team;
3. Filing reports process by process, and issue inspection certificate to supplier after authorize by headquarters;
4. Upload all the inspection reports, inspection certificate to INSITE;
5. Monthly report about inspection status to supervisors;
6. Sample arrangement;
7. Others supervisor required.

Requirements:

1. College or above degree campus student who can fully support for 4-6 months is preferable (3 or 4 working days per week is considerable);
2. Some previous internship relevant experience is preferable;
3. Quick learner and willing to learn multiple tasks on a international trade environment;
4. Self-motivated, well organized, able to work independently and under pressure;
5. Good sense of responsibility;
6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
7. Good communication skills;
8. Working knowledge of computer skill (Microsoft office programs: excel, word, PowerPoint);
9. Team worker.


Remark: Fresh graduates of 2015 would be preferable. If as an internship that performs well could be considered to sign labor contact with company after graduates.
