Mainly responsibilities:

I. Suppliers invoices validation in F3 ,UFIDA booking , GP suppliers AP provision for suspense stock and estimated liability and reversal
F3发票确认，入账，排款，用友凭证录入；月末做应付暂估，月头冲销。
II. Cost centers creation into F3 as per request from business departments
F3成本中心创建。
III. Communications and follow-up for special PO in STLD ,garment suppliers AP provision and reversal
STLD异常特殊情况的沟通与处理，应付服装供应商月末做暂估，次月冲销。
IV. double check and clean up the old POs over 6 months in both STLD and F3
清理STLD超过6个月的PO，清理F3超过3个月的PO。
V. Garment suppliers payment terms cycle analysis
应付服装供应商实际付款周期校验。
VI. Prepare garment supplier penaly monthly report and booking in UFIDA
每月根据系统及采购提供的数据准备新流程下的Penalty报表。
VII. Update monthly BS reports ,reconcile suppliers deposit
准备月结报表，科目余额清理，供应商押金科目核对查缺补实
VIII Other ad hoc from supervisor
其他主管临时安排的工作

Basic Requirements :
1. College or above
2. Major in accountancy or finance
3. At least 5 years working experience in retail industry
4. English level CET4 or above
5. Responsible , reliable , problem solver , can work under pressure

Retailing and distribution have been in our blood since the creation of Vetimod in 1981. Today, through its brands, Cache-Cache, Patrice Bréal, Scottage, Bonobo,Morgan and Lacity, the Group reaches 50,000 customers a day. For 2 years C-Log has been preparing the package process for online sales. A "B to C" activity in full boom, managed by the new subsidiary Korben, which is responsible for E-Business.
