岗位职责:
1、负责与项目管理人员沟通，充分了解设计需求，把控网站的整体风格、色彩、布局等符合实际需求；
2、负责分析项目界面设计需求，设计和制作页面，确保设计作品高速优质完成；
3、负责网站页面、图形、动画、广告等设计；
4、不断丰富和提高自身的美术设计能力,为网站建设、专题建设提供更好的服务；


职位要求：
1、一年以上网页设计与美工工作经验，有扎实的美术功底，能独立完成静态网站设计与制作；
2、精通DreamWeaver,Photoshop,Flash,Fireworks等相关软件工具，有自己独立制作的作品；
3、熟悉网站制作、设计流程，有较强的创意创新能力,有良好的色彩感觉，对于色彩的搭配、布局有独到的见解和认识
4、应聘时最好能提供设计作品
