Responsibility :

1. Tailor project plan and time table based on customer specific requirement
2. Lead and accomplish the project objectives in line with the expectation.
3. Report project status to management level regularly, and share project information with team members in time
4. Clear and accurate log of project implementation.
5. Able to predict the potential impact out of acquired information and work out contingency plan in accordance
6. Composing end user manual and knowledge library, train the key users and end users.
7. Able to support Software and Hardware on site or remotely
8. Able to complete user operation system installation and maintenance
9. Collect and document unsolved problems and consult external service provider for solution.

Requirement :

1. College or above degree.
2. Good at communication and collaborating.
3. CET4, able to read/write and communicate with English.
4. Patient, careful, diligent and team working spirit.
5. Able to diagnose and manipulate devices of LAN/WAN/WIRELESS/VOIP
6. Able to study, address and solve the problem independently. Include but not limited to
a) Data backup and restore
b) Windows platform server maintenances and troubleshooting (Remote + On site)
c) End user (Desktop) hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting (Remote + On site)
d) Company specific software maintenance and support
e) Switch, firewall configuration, cabling and LAN establishing and maintenance.
f) Monitor the status of all servers and equipments.
7. Abel to travel from time to time.
8. Logistic background and experience with logistic software is preferred.
