Job Description:
1、负责公司天猫店和其他平台网店的整体规划、建立、运营和管理；
1. Plan, establish and operate online stores in Tmall and other platforms
2、策划并实施网店站内和站外推广方案，包括各种淘宝推广、SEO、EDM、软文、论坛推广、博客营销、微博营销、微信营销等，提高网站访问流量、转化率、满意度和客户黏性；
2. Plan and implement promotion programs including various Taobao promotion methods, SEO, EDM, advertorial, forun, blog and wechat etc. Increase the website traffic, conversions rates, customer's satisfaction and loyalty
3、定期针对推广效果和网站运营等情况进行跟踪、评估，并提出改善计划；
3. Follow and evaluate the results of promotion programs and online store operation. Make improvement plans.
4、制定销售计划、达到销售目标；
4. Make sales plan and achieve sales target
5、收集并反馈市场信息，协助拓展并优化产品线；
5. Collect and feedback marketing information to assist the expansion and optimization of product range

Qualifications:
1、大专及以上学历，电子商务、市场营销、计算机专业优先；
1. College or above degrees, majors in e-commerce, marketing and computer are preferrable
2、三年以上电子商务工作经验，精通网店运营，熟悉各种网络营销推广，具有敏锐的市场洞察力，从事过母婴行业者优先；
2. Over three years of experiences in e-commerce, proficient in online business operation and promotions, keen market insight. Experience in maternity and baby product industry is preferrable
3、扎实的文字功底， 基本的图片处理技能；
3. Proficient writing skills and basic photoshop skill
4、善于沟通，勤奋，高效，责任心强
4. Good communication skills, diligent, efficient and strong sense of responsibility
