岗位职责：

Position requirement:

a.负责本公司质量体系的建立、完善、维护；参与和监督质量审核工作(体系内审、过程审核、产品审核、

第二、三方审核)；负责一年一次的管理评审工作；

a. Responsible for the establishment, improvement and maintenance of quality system; Participate in and supervise quality audit（internal audit of system, process audit, product audit , the second-party and third-party audits）; Carry out management review once per year;

b.负责拟制公司质量方针、质量目标和质量计划，并定期及时修订；

b. Make quality strategy, quality goal and quality plan and revise them periodically;

c.负责产品开发、生产的质量管理工作，各种质量、技术文件的审核和会签；模具、检具、工装验收单的审

核；

c. Responsible for quality management of product development and production; take charge of the audit and countersign of different quality and technical documents; responsible for audits of molds, inspection tools and fixture acceptance forms;

d.负责供方质量管理工作，审核供方质量协议、供方能力评审报告、OTS认可、首批认可报告、供方质量状况月报；

d. Responsible for quality management of suppliers; audit the quality protocol of supplier, capacity assessment report of supplier, OTS certificate, the first batch of approved report and monthly report for quality of supplier;

e.负责收集顾客质量保证标准资料，与顾客签订质量目标和质量协议；

e. Collect customer's quality assurance standard materials and sign a quality goal and protocol with customer;

f.负责质量事故与顾客抱怨的调查与处理，制定8D报告与整改措施并监督执行；

f. Investigate and handle quality problems and customer complaint; Make 8D report and reform measures with following supervision for implementations.

g. 统计与控制工作；

g. Responsible for statistics and control work;

h.负责量检具管理及产品、原材料、外协外购件的检测和试验工作；

h. Manage the measuring and inspection tools; Take charge of test and inspection for product, raw material and outsourcing matters;

i.负责本部门员工岗位素质的内部培训和委外培训工作；

i. Responsible for internal training and appointed outside training as per the requirement of Position qualification of related department;

j.完成上级领导交办的其它任务。

J. Perform further tasks assigned by leader at higher level.

k.负责从原材料进厂到产品出厂进行全过程检验和控制，负责质量记录的管理；

k. Responsible for inspection and control throughout the whole process starting from raw material purchasing to product shipping; Manage the quality records;

l.负责建立满足3C认证质量保证能力要求的质量体系，并确保其实施和保持；

l. Establish quality system conforming to the quality assurance ability requirement of 3C and ensure its implementation and maintenance;

m.确保加贴强制性认证标志的产品符合认证标准的要求；

m. Ensure products with enforced certification label can meet the requirement of certification standard;

n.建立文件化的程序，确保认证标志的妥善保管和使用；

n. Establish file-form procedures so as to ensure the appropriate storage and application of certification label;

o.建立文件化的程序,确保不合格品和获证产品变更后未经认证机构确认,不加贴强制性认证标志。

o. Establish fire-form procedures to ensure rejected product and changed qualified product, if there is no confirmation of certificate authority, will not be provided with enforced certification label.

岗位素质：

Position qualification:

a.大专以上文化；

a. Above college's degree;

b.熟悉我公司的程序文件及质量手册，熟悉我公司生产的产品；

b. Familiar with procedure files and quality handbook as well as products of company;

c.熟悉各种标准，具有一定机械、塑料加工方面的知识；

c. Familiar with different standards. Having certain knowledge on mechanical and plastic processing;

d.掌握检验技术，能熟练使用各种检具和相关的实验仪器，熟悉统计方面的知识并能熟练撰写报告；

d. Having inspection skill, skillful with operation of various inspection tools and relevant experiment instruments, familiar with knowledge of statistics and strong ability of compiling report;

e.思想品德好，理解及沟通能力强，有一定的管理经验；

e. Good morals, strong understanding and communication ability as well as certain management experience;

f.熟悉和了解ISO9000、QS9000、VDA6.1和ISO/TS16949等质量体系，具备ISO9000、ISO/TS16949等内审员的资格；

f. Familiar with quality systems such as ISO9000, QS9000,VDA6.1 and ISO/TS16949, having internal audit qualifications of ISO9000 and ISO/TS16949;

g.英语、电脑水平良好。

    扬州安通林华翔汽车零部件有限公司成立于2011年8月，位于扬州市仪征（市）新城汽车工业园区，距离上海大众五厂仅3公里。主要从事汽车内饰门板总成、饰柱、落水槽等汽车零部件的生产和销售；主要客户有上海大众、一汽大众，主要车型有新帕萨特、斯柯达、新桑塔纳、荣威W5等。属于上海大众A级供应商。
交通线路：1.仪征汽车站内乘坐20路公交车，在新城汽车工业园区屹丰大道80号下车即可；
          2.扬州西站或镇江站坐大巴至新城镇下车，再打车10元即可到达。

    东莞安通林华翔华翔汽车零部件有限公司成立于2013年3月，位于东莞市塘厦镇横塘旺角路8号，主要从事汽车门板总成，落水槽，立柱等汽车零部件的研发、生产和销售；主要客户有长安标致雪铁龙（CAPSA)，比亚迪，主要车型有CAPSA-DS5，B81/B753/B754，BYD-TIGER等。属于CAPSA、BYD一级供应商。
乘车线路：坐车到塘厦天桥或塘厦车站，转乘2路公交车，在塘厦横塘卫生站下车右转200米。
