Responsibilities:
?Purchase order execution and follow up, including, verify/ key-in quote sheets, follow up with buyers and suppliers, monitor shipment fulfillment
?Coordinate incoming and outgoing sample with proper sample procedure
?Coordinate & support merchandiser throughout the buying trips, such as buying trip arrangement and participation
?Ensure correctly Key-in data into Retail Link and check & update data status in the system
?Other responsibilities assigned by Merchandising Manager
?Support the team routine work including market info collection, running weekly sale data from system, chasing the related doc from vendor and system data update etc.
?Basic sourcing project follow up from order placement to goods shipment

Requirements:
?Bachelor Degree, in merchandising function is a plus
?Good command of English/Mandarin and MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
?A good team player
?Able to work under pressure and willing to handle paperwork
