Job Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with headquarters and suppliers independently, handle full range merchandising duties from products development to shipment of goods;
2. Provide support to internal customers in projects and product development;
3. Evaluate & recommend suitable suppliers with competitive cost, quality and delivery terms;
4. Handle price negotiation when requested by HO, information updating and cost improvement;
5. Orders and samples follow-up;
6. Arrange shipment of samples and order;
7. Manage and develop good relationship with suppliers, vendors & customers;
8. Coordination and follow up, according internal instructions;
9. Based work in the office but available to travel all over China (when necessary/request) to perform factory or supplier visit;
10. Handle production samples during the sample treatment phase, carry out performance tests of some selection/production samples and send out the respective report;
11. Any other work assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements:
1. College or above degree campus student who can fully support for 4-6 months is preferable (3 or 4 working days per week is considerable);
2. Some previous internship relevant experience is preferable;
3. Quick learner and willing to learn multiple tasks on a international trade environment;
4. Self-motivated, well organized, able to work independently and under pressure;
5. Good sense of responsibility;
6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
7. Good communication skills;
8. Working knowledge of computer skill (Microsoft office programs: excel, word, PowerPoint);
9. Team worker.

Remark: Fresh graduates of 2015 would be preferable. If as an internship that performs well could be considered to sign labor contact with company after graduates.
